Delivery Days:
We ship from Monday through Saturday. Please note we do not deliver on sundays.
Delivery Fees:
A delivery fee is applied to all orders based on your location within Dubai and other emirates.
Delivery Timeframes:

Same Day Delivery for orders placed before 11 AM (excluding Sundays) in Dubai.

Next Day Delivery for orders placed after 11 AM in Dubai

Delivery to Other Emirates: Please allow 2 working days for deliveries to other emirates.

How can I request delivery on a specific date & time?
Include any special requests, delivery dates, and times in the order notes. If you missed it at checkout, send us a message on WhatsApp, and we'll make a note for you.
How do I make changes to my order?
Contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery team typically delivers between 10 AM and 7 PM. If you require your order to be delivered before a specific time, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll make arrangements to accommodate your request.
